I first met Jerrica Dodd at a professional development seminar at Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute. I went to the seminar expecting to learn techniques to improve my scientific communication skills; however, I left with so much more! I have been to many seminars and while I find most somewhat helpful, they tend to be a bit on the boring side. Jerrica’s workshop, on the other hand, was not only extremely helpful, but the entire room was engaged and enthusiastic throughout the entire day-long seminar. Not only did she share fantastic advice for improving our communication skills, but she individually helped each person making sure we all took-away information we could immediately use. This was the first seminar that I have ever attended where everyone was still talking about it a week later and saying they wish they could attend another workshop. Thanks to her years of experience, Dr. Jerrica Dodd is incredibly knowledgeable, and eager to share that knowledge with others. She has a true gift of teaching, motivating, and inspiring those around her.
I was so impressed and motivated by Jerrica at the professional development seminar that I reached out to work with her in her life coaching business. She is a truly caring person with excellent advice, and I look forward to each conversation that we have.
Jerrica Dodd has been a priceless resource in my personal and professional journey. As a life coach, Jerrica pushes me to bravely reflect on my opportunities for growth and celebrate my own strengths. She listens to my reflections and challenges my perspective. Jerrica offers guidance that is both pragmatic and compassionate. She is intuitive and brilliant, and every conversation confirms that Jerrica is authentically invested in my growth. I look forward to continued work with Jerrica. I highly recommend her coaching approach and program!
I worked with Jerrica for nearly two years as a Regional Account Manager/Medical Science Liaison team at Biogen. Jerrica was always thoroughly prepared and she has a passion for patients. She delivers concise and informative presentations and is prepared to handle objections/concerns from the audience. I would recommend her for any opening you have.
I participated with Jerrica in the United Way of Central Indiana’s year-long Leadership Training and Development/Diversity Series program (LTD Class 13). Jerrica was a great contributor to class discussions because of her extensive educational background and remarkable professional career. Her leadership was quickly noticeable in her ability to take initiatives and inspire others. Moreover, her thoughtfulness and interpersonal skills helped her build long-lasting relationships with many of other program participants. Her faith was also self-evident as it permeated every aspect of her life. Many of us were not surprised when she became a minister
Few people take the time to truly assist others in achieving their goals; those that do rarely take on the task with the same zeal with which they pursue their own aspirations. Dr. Dodd is among the exceptional fraction of leaders/mentors that will guide you towards your target, share their knowledge and resources, help you overcome any challenges that arise, and genuinely celebrate your success as their own. When I sent Jerrica a message to connect, I was on LinkedIn hoping to build my network by reaching out to Medical Affairs professionals that I didn’t know. Although it took a couple of weeks for our schedules to align, her generous spirit and passion for uplifting others was clear even across the phone line. By the end of our first conversation I knew that when she said I could contact her at any time, she meant it. I reached out to her a week later regarding an upcoming job interview and her excitement about my candidacy was infectious. She was encouraging and supportive, but also provided honest, constructive feedback and recommended tools to strengthen certain skill sets. This improved my aptitude and boosted my confidence. Jerrica is a rare gem and her inner light shines brightly on anyone she comes in contact with. I will always pay forward the kindness and treasure the friendship she has offered to me.

Dr. Jerrica L. Dodd is the kind of leader that employees and management adore. She is an expert in her field and graciously shares her knowledge as she mentors and coaches individuals and groups on an informal and formal basis. Jerrica is an ordained minister who spends her time helping her church and her community as she volunteers for a number of causes. I am blessed to know Jerrica and give her my highest level of recommendation for ANY opportunity she pursues.
Jerrica was a great Medical Science Director at Intermune. She gave very thorough presentations to the managed care clients with prompt follow-up. Jerrica always made herself available for last minute meetings to accomodate the client. I would highly recommend Jerrica.
On behalf of Sanford Brown College- Atlanta, I am with great pleasure to provide this recommendation for Dr. Jerrica Dodd. I had the opportunity to work with Dr. Dodd when she graciously accepted our invitation as our commencement speaker, for our 2012 and 2013 graduation. We were truly honored and privileged to have Dr. Dodd be a part of one of our most prestigious events.
Our main focus during Graduation is to find a motivational speaker, such as herself, who will encourage our graduates as well as speak to them about relevant, real world experiences. Her outstanding accolades and words of encouragement gave our graduates the drive they needed to see past their obstacles and to continue to strive towards their goals.
Not only did Dr. Dodd do a remarkable job with capturing her audience but most importantly in capturing the hearts of our graduates. The most notable part of her speech was how she took the time to converse with some of the graduates before the ceremony and in return included them into her speech, leaving a lasting impression.
Dr. Dodd is an awesome speaker, who possesses positive energy, enthusiasm and professionalism. I am more than happy to recommend Dr. Dodd for any future speaking engagements or career opportunities.
Jerrica has a unique ability to relay complex ideas in a way that is inspiring and motivating to her audience and clients. She combines her expertise in medication management of complex diseases with her message of health, wellness and abundant living. I would highly recommend Jerrica for your next speaking engagement or workshop, as she is truly a master of combining her inspiring message with a unique approach to medications and health.
Several years ago, I had the pleasure of hosting Jerrica in a class for the United Way of Central Indiana that prepared professionals to serve on not-for-profit boards. From the beginning, it was obvious that her insights and talent would not only make her a highly sought after board member, but would lead to success in whatever she chose to do.
Jerrica Dodd has been an active mentor to me, beginning through a Healthcare Businesswoman’s Association mentorship program and continuing after the conclusion of the 1 year program. Jerrica’s ability to provide key insights and recommendations at important points in my career, and her willingness to share her experiences with me to ensure a truly substantive mentor-mentee relationship speaks to her upstanding character and willingness to give back. It is a pleasure and privilege to work with Jerrica.
As a pharmacy student, I often network with professionals in areas I am interested in. Developing and sustaining these relationships are sometimes difficult for students, as we may feel that we have less to offer to the relationship. From when I first met Dr. Jerrica Dodd, she had a magnetic warmness about herself that was very inviting. She encouraged me to keep in touch, and I found out she truly meant it. As we developed our professional connection, I found I had unexpectedly received a great mentor in Dr. Dodd. When the opportunity arose, Dr. Dodd stepped up to be the Chapter Diplomat for my school’s AMCP student chapter. As our diplomat, Dr. Dodd pushes us to realize our strengths and makes it her point to establish relationships with each member. She is gracious, humble, and genuinely cares about the whole person, not just professional help.
